Who is who in ETA

Before ETA was terminated last month it was still a very prominent group in the basqueland. This is an article about the power structure and the leaders of ETA in 2009.Spanish and French authorities arrested 11 of the known leaders over a 7 month span.The name of authority was called the Zuba and usually had 5-11 leaders.It simply explains the hirearchal nature of the group and the new age of leadership.
