Fidalgo Concerned About Zapatero

The Secretary General of Spain's largest trade union confederation, CCOO, Jose Maria Fidalgo, expressed his concerns about Zapatero's ability to be a strong leader. Zapatero had promised a lot of thing but Fidalgo does not believe in Zapatero's seriousness. He does not believe that things will change in españa. Fidalgo is worried that Zapatero will not be able to move from words in to action. This wikileak is interesting to me because I wonder what Fidalgo currently thinks of Zapateros term in office. And I wonder what he believes to be true about the crisis and if someone new coming into power will change the current crisis state.
