Possible ETA attacks on 2004 Elections

I picked this wiki leak because I find the topic of the ETA very interesting. This wikileak was written on February 27 2004. A couple weeks before the bombings on madrid. In the leak it states that spain is concerned that the ETA is planning a attack on the day elections. They believe that The ETA wants to prove that they are still functioning after the arrest of 126 members in 2003. The police say that the ETA is weakening but they are still a large threat. Police are in constant communication with the French police about ETA. What I find interesting from this wikileak is that a couple weeks later, the subway of madrid was bombed. And this article shows that everyone would assume that it was ETA.
