A peaceful Protest in Barcelona

98,000 people joined together in the streets of barcelona for a peaceful protest. There was a lot of fear the the protest would break out into violence like it had prior to sunday, but the people were intent on a peaceful display of a protest. Those that organized the protest took all measures possible to avoid any violence. The protest was meant to show the peoples anger towards Spain's political system and the affect that it is having on all of the people in spain. Men, woman, and Families took part in the protest. It took two hours for the march to be complete. The overall goal of the protest was to bring together as many different types of people as possible from as many different classes and parties to stand together against the worsening economic status and the Socialist Government of Spain.
