Spanish judge frees terrorists

Thi Saturday a spanish judge by the name of Fernando Marlasak freed five suspected terrorist captured dyuiring a raid in the Navara province. The raid had been carried out by over 150 civil guard members and include the search and seizure of the suspects homes and financial records. The evidence turned up failed to directly link the African terrorist with the financial aid and logistics data given to the terrorist cells in algeria. These arrests are part of a wave of 400 arrests since the 2004 Spain bombing. The suspects were released but are now required to visit their local police station twicea week and are not permitted to leave Spain for any reason. The arrest wave has reported over 200 convictions most of which were for men of North Afircan or Middle Eastern decent.
